Yingde, in Guangdong, is southern China's signature black-tea region, and Yinghong No.9 is its star cultivar. This presentation set holds four individually sealed tins of golden-tip tea whose fragrance weaves a soft rose-floral note through sweet honey. It is made to be flexible — excellent hot, and smooth enough to cold-brew into a clean iced tea, which makes it especially welcome in warm, tropical weather.
Hot: ~4g at 90–95°C for 20–30 seconds gongfu-style, or 3–4 minutes Western. Iced: steep 6–8g in 500ml cold water and refrigerate 6–8 hours, then strain.
A refreshing, gift-ready black tea made for year-round drinking.
